Welcome to the Recovery Directory Project (RDP). The RDP is an ever growing searchable database of recovery oriented sites. All links are reviewed by our staff before their inclusion into our database. Our goal is to be the most comprehensive and current collection of recovery oriented sites on the web. However we need your help in this endeavor.

How do you find your sites? All of our sites have been suggested for review. We do not use any software to find sites but rely on the recovery community to bring them to our attention. Once they have been suggested the site is reviewed by us before it is added to the database.

Please consider supporting the RDP by linking to us on your site. One link may allow someone else to learn about the RDP. With time and God's will we can become a valuable resource to the online recovery community.

What kind of sites can you find here? You can find meeting and area sites, literature sites, recovery stores, My Space and other community pages, personal sites, and message forums, etc. The RDP's tools include categories, ratings, and a search function.

What is the criteria to add a site to the RDP? A general rule of thumb is whether or not the site is recovery oriented and it is of interest or usefulness to someone in recovery. As members of the recovery community ourselves we attempt to remain as impartial as possible. With that in mind we feel we can have a database accepting of everyone in recovery. Keep in mind we will not add sites which appears hateful or hurtful to those who use our site. Also we will not add sites that have any pornographic material this includes banners and pop ups. This is for the safety of our users and the integrity of the RDP. If you would like to report a link to us please e-mail a description of the problem to staff@recoverydirect.org We will review it and make our decision as soon as possible.
